Assynt Skies

Assynt, Scotland

Our rest day in the lowlands turned into another manic chase for me to find a suitable vantage point to capture a colourful sunset that appeared from nothing. I climbed up from a loch I had been circling to find this view looking back at Stac Pollaidh and Cul Beag. Although I didn't receive any direct sunlight as is dropped below the horizon but the light did catch the tops of the peaks and the moving clouds above.
