Storm clouds over Scottish mountain in winter

Buachaille Etive Beag

Buachaille Etive Beag, Glen Coe, Scotland

An eventful winter's day began with a wind flattened tent on the summit of Ben Cruachan, after making a hasty retreat I set my sights on salvaging something from the day. Settling on the relatively easy climb of Buachaille Etive Beag, a short drive away in Glencoe. I made my way up in strong winds and watched as this snow shower made it's way towards me, taking a few quick images I decided I didn't want to be in the middle of it on the summit and so made a quick dash back down the mountain. An impressive sight but one that made me feel incredibly venerable!
