Glen Etive

After hiking to my proposed camping location on Ben Starav I spent at least 30 minutes trying to extract water through 7 inches of ice from a frozen pool with very little success, in the end I decided I would just have to boil down snow, a very long and tedious process. After finally eating my dinner I ventured out long after sunset to witness heavy snow showers pass into Glen Etive. I made a couple of long exposures and captured some unique shots of what is one of the most visited areas of the Highlands.
