Holwell Rise

Each year the area of Holwell lawn is brought alive by a carpet of bluebells that scatter the landscape, a truely magical scene. An early start brought me to this hawthorn tree and a clear sky complimented the early spring hues. I waited for the light to appear before making my images and heading home for breakfast.
