St Michael's Mount in mounts bay just outside Penzance is a must see attraction in Cornwall. It can be accessed by boat but when the tide retreats it reveals a granite causeway which takes you from the mainland into the castle grounds. Leading 1-2-1 workshop we where greeted with some of the calmest seas I've ever seen, although the sunrise was spoilt by haze the warm glow finally broke through giving the landscape a golden hue.
