WATKIN'S PATH
Mount Snowdon, Snowdonia National Park, UK
Catching me by surprise, a sudden burst of sunlight as the sun set sent me scrambling around for a composition. As the light grew stronger I found myself some great foreground interest of the frozen tundra and scattered rocks that reflected the warm contrasting light. Before I knew it the light had gone and so I turned in to a freezing night in the tent on the Snowdon mountain side.
