A visit to Cornwall in late September led me to spend sunrise on the cliffs at Porthcurno, a popular spot for photographers alike. The sun was hidden behind cloud on the horizon but this second band of cloud that moved in was then illuminated by the rising sun resulting in some odd lighting over the headland beyond.
